EVENT TICKETS

Refunds for event tickets are available up to 7 days before the event date. After this period, tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferable to another individual upon request.

COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES

Refunds for coaching and consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns and potential options for a refund.
